The Board of Directors of Wolverine World Wide, Inc. (the "Company") has accepted notice from Elizabeth A. Sanders, a member of the Board of Directors, that she intends to retire as of the date of the Company's upcoming Annual Meeting of Stockholders currently scheduled for April 21, 2005.
